hi ..I have a doubt...can seminars be attended by students who dont present papers??Actually I want to gain information before I present, but no clear info is given in any seminars whether outsiders can attend...so just help me  and clear this doubt....thank you

Seminars will give more informations so we can approach the coordinators to attend it @indiainspire
