i think ur having bsnl plan..i'm also facing same problem..but within 10 seconds if i disable and enable my ethernet it works..
GUYS IF U LIKE MY POST PLEASE REPUTE ME..Big Grin

M not using Ethernet , am on Wifi and its bsnl and if i refresh it goes away , so no need of restat
