Each Staff's have some function, lik Jr.Mod can be moderator for particular category, and Mod is a over all moderator and Admin has more function then mod.. So its necessary to provide More Salary for higher Staff's..

And if i provide Rs.10 to all, then there won;t be any difference b/w active members and ordinary members..

V+ Need only Active Members and Active Staff's.. Be Active so that u will get highest repute points...

Update :All User Group Repute Points are increased by 1..
