Ya.. Right Dhilip..

But I think that, the work of a person must not be under estimated.
I have started this thread to support the lower level members.
Due to this way of SLE, The Work of a lower level members are not given that much encouragement as before.

In answer to your question, We can have another way by not compromising admin's & either posts.

Idea 1: Standard salary can be given to admin
(or)
Idea 2: The total amount can be calculated based on the Reputers user group. Then, 20% or 30% of the earnings can be given as salary for admin.

I hope V+ users supports this post...

its k bro, but atlast it s difficult to seperate the reputes which s given by the admins and the users.. but by the rule the admins rep. oly wil be taken into consideration.
