problem occurring is most common in all computers.
in order to get the data,backup is necessary.
this can be done by either using CD/DCD/USB or web storage
buying cd/dvd for huge size becomes impossible
in all sites we should be giving money to use this web storage
but now it comes absolutely free..
this can be done using dropbox
steps:
1)go to https://www.dropbox.com
2)Attachment dropbox software
3)install dropbox software
4)run dropbox
5)create an account in drop box
6)it will be asking the location for dropbox folder
7)drop the files into this folder
8)it will start uploading
9) if u want to retrieve the uploaded files go https://www.dropbox.com and login yourself to list of files u have uploaded
10)right click on that file to Attachment that file
