Need your Suggestions about Re Evaluation

Hi Friends,

My friend has applied for photocopy ,His previous grade was"E".
He aimed for "B" or "A"
His internal mark is 17.

He has a doubt that Anna University may put U grade after re evaluation.

But most of the students and staff says that best of 2 evaluations will be considered as final result.


this one is correct or wrong?

I never heard U grade after re evaluation.. Mostly after re evaluation the grade won't decrease.. Either No Change or Grade Increase... So if wrote well ask your frnd not to afraid n put re evaluation...

but some of them says that if our college staff sends for  re evaluation and student get No change .For next 4 evaluation that staff will not be allowed.
Is it true?
