Need help in accessing in V+ forum

Hello friends. 
I am not able to access the V+ forum from the server change. . . . . 

If i try to post thread, getting the error that . Clear your DNS and try again. 

What i want to do now. . . Now i am posting this thread in my friends computer. . . .

For Firefox, select Tools from the top menu then select Clear Private Data in the dropdown that comes up.
For Chrome, select the Wrench icon on the top right then select Clear Browsing Data in the dropdown that comes up

I cleared the browsing data and also i am getting the same error. . .
