Help!! Regarding Higher studies

Dear Friends!!
I am doing my B.E. CSE-2nd Year.
My brother wants me to do Higher studies in Foreign(any Country)...
He also asked me to learn any course(Oracle,SQL,etc.,...) that is related to my department....
I am really confused..
I am having the following doubts...

1.What course can i do now?
2.Where should i do that course?
3.After completing my B.E. can i continue my higher studies in Foreign?
4.Should i write any exams to study in the foreign Universities?
5.If there is any such exams where can i get training to face that Exam?

Pls Suggest me your Opinion......

1.As a computer science Engg u should be good in programming language such as c,c++,java,php,etc.. So do a course regarding programming language...

2. You can do the course in NIIT ,. Or else in CSE..

3.Ya, if u r interested u can do the M.E in foreign country..

4.Ya, u need to write any one international entrance exam such as SAT,MCAT,LSAT,GMAT,TOEFL,GRE..

5.There r many training institute in tamil nadu,. Search in yellow pages to get the address of training center...

For Foreign Countries:
If you are interested in MBA means
For USA: U need to write TOFEL & GMAT.
For UK: U need to write IELTS
For Germany: U need to write IELTS & also u need to study Germany Language which is provided in NewDelhi.

the same as MBA.

If you are interested in doing courses means My suggestion is to do Global Certification like RHCE,CCNA,MCITP.

If you are interested in IBM means learn about Main frame.
