GTalk is Down!!

After I signing in GTalk I got trouble that its not connecting! But I got connected in Gmail!
I searched about it in Google Apps Status!
They says that Gtalk is down.

Due to Service disruption they are investigating reports of this issue.
At now they are saying that they are continuing to investigate this issue.
Will provide update by 26-7-12 8.20pm!

Ya for me too its not working,.. Keeps on showing "Loading........."
