To do this trick,follow the below steps:

1. open notepad and copy&paste the below code
   
2. CreateObject("SAPI.SpVoice").Speak"I am a Computer Freak"
   
3. now click on file and save it as computergender.vbs
   
4. check it out if you hear a male or female voice
