7.Also online events has also been proposed which will be conducted in due time.. 

Paper Presentation:

* The topic of the paper strictly should be technical and topics from VLSI, Communication, Signal Processing, Image processing, Automation, Computation Embedded System are invited.
* The Paper should not exceed 10 Pages. 
* Maximum of two members per team
* Registration fee of Rs. 150 per student will be collected. The formalities for registering will be informed later to the student through mail.
* Papers should be sent to edesign2k13@gmail.com
* The Student should bring a hard copy of the paper on the day of presentation with the PPT slide. 
* The Last date for submission of Paper is on 17th September, 2013.
* The selected candidates who are called for presentation will be intimated by 20th September,2013.

Project Presentation:

* The students are expected to send the clear abstract ( not less than 4 Pages) of their project to the event Mail.
* Also the students must explain their project on the day of Presentation.
* The Student must bring the Hard copy of the project abstract
* Registration fee of 150/student will be collected.
* Registration fee of Rs. 150 per student will be collected. The formalities for registering will be informed later to the student through mail.

Rules for other events:

* Only students who are participating in either Paper or Project Presentation will be allowed to join the other events.
* Each of the events will have two round each.
*Exciting Prices will be awarded for the winners.

Hello Friends As informed Earlier,E-design 2k13 aiming at conducting Online events:

The online photography event named"BeeeCrEAtiveee" starts from 1st September. Participants are request to sent their original copy of Photography to edesign2k13@gmail.com. Photos will be accepted until 15th September. 

Expected Ideas of Images:

Leading line photography
Angle Up Photography
Human Expressions
Mirror Effects

RULeS:
* The BeeeCrEAtiveee group doesnt expect professional photo elements (DSLR quality). This event is mainly conducted to bring out the creativity of the students. 
* The image should not have more than two subjectual objects.
* Image quality doesnt matter regarding this event.
* The participant can use mobile or compact camera clicked images. 
* Editing of images is allowed. But it doesnt add marks in the evaluation.
* The original name and details of the image should not be altered.
* The concept of the image will be mainly considered for evaluation.
*The winner will be certified and exciting prices are waiting.
* The participant should caption the image.
* Information of the student, College name along with the caption and image.
