8.Yes..I can be a leader of a group which is need to be trained...I will feel really happy if I get this opportunity...I believe in a proverb which means that instead of fishing for them, if we teach them how to fish ,it is enough to enhance their skills..Instead of tiring them, I will identify each one of their individual skills and help them enhance it...
