i accept Voice recognition already installed but wont work for your commands. it needs Macros. check the attachment i wont give Voice recognition which is already installed in your pc. i just gives macros. and control pgms. got it!
Navigate to Start Menu->All programs->Accessories->Ease of Access->Windows Speech Recognition

you must need windows xp.iso image. Are you have drivers??

In start button just type the voice recoginition and then click voice recog.... And a tutorial is also available
