It is noticed that lots of complaints are received from students that some of the questions are not valued by examiners during valuation. This semester also many such cases are brought the knowledge of the office of the Controller of Examinations and they have been solved which has resulted in delay in sending photocopies.
To bring down this kind of omissions to minimum level, it has been proposed to ask the students to tick mark the questions answered by them on the cover page of the answer book. Once if they tick mark the questions answered by the students it is expected that, there won’t be any possibility for an examiner to miss the questions to be valued.
Therefore, it is requested to prepare a seal containing the information given below
Put a tick mark
for the questions attended
(to be ticked by the candidate)
and affix the same on the first page of the answer script as given in the sample first page.Your cooperation in this regard is solicited.
