Ya the error is "SQLSTATE[08006] [7] could not connect to server: Connection timed out Is the server running on host "localhost" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?"

There is a problem in connecting to the server bro.. Hope it will be fixed soon... Try again after few minutes...

CALCULATION OF INTERNAL MARKS :
* The internal marks are given out of 100.
* It is then converted into out of 15. (you are failed if you get less than 9 marks)
* With that mark attendance mark (out of 5) is added.
* Thus the internal mark is out of 20 (15 + 5).

@somesh Bro, I Hope It is the total internal marks, so it will include the attendance mark also...
