Anna University Internal Mark V/s Minimum External Marks to get Pass in Semester Exam

i think there is some error in row1 column 1
i.e 45 out of 100 means 36 out of 80 
36 + 20 = 56 
that means D grade

@Balaji : a student must get 45/100 in theory paper compulsary to pass a paper. 45 mark is the minimum required mark to be scored by a student irrespective of the internal mark.
example : a student who has 20 as internal mark and gets 44 out of 100 in theory is considered as fail.
do you understand now??

k i know the basic rules 
if you got 45 marks and internal marks is 20 marks then there is no E grade  straight away they will provide D Grade 
for if u got 45 marks and internal marks is 19 then they will award E grade 

refer this info from anna university rule list 

minimum criteria to get pass marks

1. min 45 marks in external exam (whats ever the internal)
