The present study is based on the customer’s satisfaction towards cinthol soap. The level of interaction of media with society becomes more complex in present days than in the past. Naturally people are always preferred to purchase the product from one company to another company with the advance of industrial revolutions. Relation between the manufacturer and the customer is purely based on the factors like fragrance, quality, suitability and packaging.
Research design taken in this study is descriptive research. For the study the researcher has applied convenient sampling technique. The research was conducted with the help of 100 respondents. This research data is analyzed with the help of the following percentage method and weighted Average Method
