The defects in your post are...
[ol][li]No proper thread title.[/li][li]Anna University Logo is not there.[/li][li]The font size of content inside attachment is 11. which is low size.. The ideal font size is 12 and 13[/li][li]The attachment consists of "Vidyarthiplus". Make it as www.vidyarthiplus.com[/li][/ol]
If you rectify the above things your thread will be the Clean following V+ guidelines..
