Rocky Raj not like tat, if the institute had helped him to teach how to learn, then he might cleared the arear and parents won't scold him.. Only when he hate studies he lack concentration on studies.

Most of college, just reads and teaches the Content as on the Syllabus, nobody teach how to Learn and How to understand it...

Talent Lectures will teach only to Talented Students... Like students in IIT, SRM,. etc..

When a B.E degree student not got Job, he joins a College as Lecture,. Read and Teaches content as per syllabus,. and Gets the salary.. This is the present situation of the Engineering college...
