Uurja, the annual youth festival of University of Petroleum & Energy Studies, is in its 9th edition with Uurja 13. Uurja, meaning “ENERGY” is a festival for the today’s energetic youth. By each passing year Uurja is just getting better and better and there will be no exceptions this time too as we are ready to experience yet another 2 days of fun filled activities which will bring out the best in youth.
