REFUND OF INITIAL DEPOSIT AMOUNT INSTRUCTIONS

For the candidates who do not join the colleges after getting the allotment, the initial amount paid during the counselling will be refunded as mentioned in the allotment order, if Original allotment order is surrendered to The Secretary, TN MBA/MCA Admissions 2015, Government College of Technology, Coimbatore. Documents to be submitted
1.Original Allotment Order (Keep Xerox copy for your reference)
2.Bank Chelan Xerox Copy
3.Self addressed Envelope with Rs. 25 Stamp affixed on it.
4.Requisition letter for refund of initial deposit.
