• Every activity should be done with joy and fully involved
  
• This is possible only when we start doing each and every activity in day to day life with attention
  
• A SIMPLE EXERCISE:
  
• Brushing one's teeth should b done meditatively and at that point no other thought should be creep in.regularly eveyone is brushing with right hand,for a change just try brushing over left hand
  
• You will have more attention towards brushing.try over it!!!
  
• Final one is "Try doing things differently in everyday life"
