New GMail Hangout button

Just now i noticed this!Did u saw this Hangout button on Gmail Chat box.

Its really cool to start a hangout with single click on Hangout Button.
When I pressed hangout button, it just calls the camera & mic and synchronizes the people

After this you can start the Hangout
