My Idea for V+18

V+ can give Rs 5/- or 10/- for each user on their birthdays and mailing them about this with a wish in it.
This will make the users to post in V+ to reach the minimum payout. Thus the inactive users will post in V+ to gain money.  This is Just my idea.. How is this ?
it is not as easy process and it will make room for those who target money and will result in many fake id's.
V+ is not to make money..

Now studies is targeted on money only bro.
Whatever may be the profile, if they post useful information, we can give them money la.. Target on students who do information search to post it in V+. If posts are fake and not adhering to our rules we are going to delete it bro. But like you said, its difficult to implement. But just said..
