MECHATRONICS LAB QUESTIONS

Pneumatic trainer kit:

1)execute single cycle automation of 2 pneumatic cylinders A & B,using cascading in the sequence of A+B+A-B-
2)execute multiple cycle automation of 2 pneumatic cylinders A & B,using cascading in the sequence of A+B+A-B-
3)design and verification of pneumatic circuit of double acting cylinder in a single cycle using limit switch and memory valve.


MICROCONTROLLER 8051

1)Write a program to run a stepper motor at 3 different speeds in clockwise direction
2)Write a program to run a stepper motor at 3 different speeds in anticlockwise direction

SIMULATION

1)design and simulate the hydraulic sequence circit A+B+A-B-
2)design and simulate the hydraulic circuit to synchronize  2 identical cylinders by piping them in parallel.
3)design and simulate the hydraulic circuit to synchronize  2 identical cylinders by piping them in series
4)design and simulate the hydraulic circuit for clamping
5)design and simulate the hydraulic circuit for rapid advance and slow feed and rapid return
