ENABLED INDUSTRIAL WORKER SAFETY PRECAUTIONS THROUGH DEEP LEARNING

The safety aspects in the Industry cannot be compromised and periodic routine checking is mandatory. The Internet of Things (IoT) serving industry purposes are called to be Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).
The proposed methodology incorporates the safety aspects verification of a labour handling cutting and grinding machines. The proposed methodology works on deep learning concept and verifies the presence of helmet to ensure safety to the labour .
A camera is placed before the workbench and the feed from camera connected with the Single board computer device verifies the helmet presence through Image processing. Tensor flow deep learning method is used and verification time is measured with different subjects and helmets.
