How to do Paper Presentation ?
Paper Presentation is all about how you present your topic in front of the panel of members (or) expertise in the field of your paper. They see the way how you deliver it to them. The way of how you arrange and put your points.Your style of presenting the paper. The language you show the topic in.
For example, Think that you have to present the paper on "Cloud Computing". The first thing what you need to do is that you have to collect the information from the source you would like to. It can be the internet or some books on the topic.
What is cloud computing?
When was it coined ?
For what reason it came into existence....
You have to arrange the information in the form as shown below as the arrangement is an important part.
Information Arrangement:
1. Topic Definition
2. Topic Details
3. Relation with Current affairs
4. Pro's and Con's
5. Causes and Remedies
6. applications
Then you have to prepare the "Abstract".
Abstract :
It is the details in short i.e not exceeding more than two pages. It may be also one page. This must be the first and foremost thing which is sent to the place where you want to present the topic initially through mail. You have to write the Abstract in the IEEE format if they ask you to do so. IEEE format is like you have to have the specific size of the text eg. for the heading the font is 14 for the sub heading the font is 12 and so on.
Then you have to make the hard and the soft copy.
One hard copy you have to submit to the place of the presentation.
and one with you.
Soft copy (PPT):
Soft copy must be in the form of power presentation (PPT). Do not explain too much in the PPT. Use only the key points and explain them.
Make the use of the body language, facial expressions to explain the topic you deal with. Try to attract them with more techy words and nice images in your presentations. Finally make a slide of the source from where you have collected all the information.
Be prepared to answer the question "what did you do for this project".
You must not tell them the information collections, Instead tell them the testing part and verification part which you did for make sure that the information you have collected is true.
