Ok V+ians we discussed some famous questions to crack the interview .

THE INTERVIEW PROCESS

I must share this to all because when I sit in my first placement training class the trainer asked ,
you engineering students who expect a great job but any one know the process or how the interview will be conducted ?

And as of every day i was in no clue !!!.
And when I got the basics from the class I must start share with you in v+.

The simple steps common to most company is


1] Aptitude.
2] Group Discussion.
3]Technical / HR Interview.

APTITUDE 

Reason for conducting this round is simply filtering the people from croud to small group .
The major topics to be covered by Aptitude test are,



1)Logical Reasoning .
2)Problem solving.
3)Verbal Ability.
4)Technical Domain related to the company.
5)Analytical Thinking .


With the Great verbal ,reasoning ability and little maths we can clear Aptitude tests .

1.Logical Reasoning
also called as Critical Reasoning .

* Logical reasoning
tests candidate's ability to use logic and structured thinking to deduce from a short passage which of a number of statements is the most accurate response to a posed question.

Example Question:

If there are no dancers that
aren’t slim and no singers that
aren’t dancers, then which
statements are always true?
Options

1. There is not one slim
person that isn't a dancer
2. All singers are slim
3. Anybody slim is also a
singer
4. None of the above

Ans - 2.All singers are
slim.
