Let the starting number be : x
7 consequtive numbers : x , (x+1) , (x+2) , (x+3) , (x+4) , (x+5) , (x+6)

Their Average = x+(x+1)+(x+2)+(x+3)+(x+4)+(x+5)+(x+6)
                      ----------------------------------------   = 20
                                            7
=> 7x+21 
    ------ = 20
       7

=> x+3 = 20

=> x = 17

So the 7 consequtive numbers is 17,18,19,20,21,22,23
