Applying PAN card

I have 2 ways for applying PAN card.
1. Through agent (Rs 200)
2. Direct online registration (Rs 96)

I need to know which is better one to get PAN card. 
Pls reply friends.

bro u can apply via online ., but it will take more time to get it..

Through agent is the correct way by getting the card very soon without any problem by giving a proof to them
