You need to go to "Office of Controller of Examinations (located at Centre for distance education) which is near to College of Engineering, Guindy (Anna University, Chennai).

There you have a small office (Block) for applying transcripts .. go there with a DD in favour of "The Controller of Examinations, Anna University Chennai - 25".(check the name once again in that office before taking DD". ) u have bank inside Anna university campus...so u can take dd there....DD amount Rs.200/-.

And also take Yout, TC (if u have), Degree Certificate (if u have got it), Consolidated Mark Sheet, Provisional certificate+ 1 Request letter for Conversion Certificate by you to COE. + (1 set of photocopies of all)

Submit the photocopies and request letter along with the DD.. they will ask u to come and collect it after 1 week...
