Now I will tell you How to get it:
1. Log in your account in GMail
2. No click on Compose Mail and you can see Try new compose experience click on OK.got it

3.Now it will reload
4.Now click on Compose Mail
new compose will open in right bottom

5.to add 10GB click on GDrive icon

6.You will get a Upload box
here you can upload up to 10GB
