@ssh, good idea for solved question paper
@Srini : that's why i asked to conduct a poll. It should be visible on all pages, so that users will vote. you can see what users like from the poll results (ofcourse not all like only solved material, but some majority want only that)
The poll should be like this:

We could come to an idea what users like from 500 or 1000 votes
If many likes the solved question paper book, then you can sell that book (partnering with a solved question paper book publishing company) it with the coming first year students. (only 6 subjects and common for all dept.)
If able to sell 50 copies, and make them leads for the books, many order comes to you.. with that you can sell other study materials also (either as pdf or hardcopy as users like)
The best thing is, you have office so that students can approach to you and place orders and you can also offer them discounts if ordered like 10 or 20 copies in bulk.

So first try in selling the 1st sem solved question bank (solved for all 6 subjects and available as book)
with the results of that only you can proceed to other sem/dept.
