GPA for a semester is the ratio of the sum of the products of the number of credits for courses acquired and the corresponding points to the sum of the number of credits for the courses acquired in the semester.Formula used to calculate CGPA :
CGPA will be calculated in a similar manner, considering all the courses registered from first semester.
Can i Average all Sem GPA to find the CGPA ?

How to calculate GPA or CGPA when i have arrears :
Wen you have arrears in a subject , select 'U' from the grade list, the tool was designed in a such a way when you select U the corresponding subject will be eliminated.
Since as per Anna University Rules "U, I and W grades will be excluded for calculating GPA and CGPA."
* If the cleared the Arrear subject, then enter the new grade and calculate the GPA or CGPA.
