    2. ISA layers, Troposphere, stratosphere derivation.
    3. Obtain the values of pressure, density and temperature at 5 km in ISA.

    UNIT-II
For unit-II may three types of questions will ask in your university exams.
    TYPE-I
1.Derive the two equations given below and represent it graphically

    2. An airplane is flying straight and level at a speed V which is ‘n’ timer the minimum power speed Vmp. Show that

    3. For an aircraft in straight and level flight at a speed of ‘M’ derive the minimum drag speed. Show that

where D is drag of the aircraft.
    4. An aircraft weighing 25 kN has a wing area of 80 m^2 and its drag coefficient is
calculate the minimum thrust required for straight and level flight, and the corresponding true air speed. At sea level and at 10 km (ρ= 0.58kg/m^3). Calculate also the minimum power required and the Corresponding true air speeds at the above conditions.
    5.Drag polar for different speeds.

    TYPE-II
    1. V-n diagram.(Refer Aircraft performance book, pages 341-343)
    2. Maneuvering, climbing, Gliding, and Turning flight performance.
